ManilaWin Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ManilaWin ("we," "us," or "our") with respect to your use of the ManilaWin website at manilawin.best and all associated mobile applications, games, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the ManilaWin Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

ManilaWin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To create a ManilaWin account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of placing a wager.
• You are not a government employee, active law enforcement personnel, or any person prohibited from participating in online gambling under Philippine law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from any ManilaWin account.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

ManilaWin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or during your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, driver's license, or PhilHealth card. Failure to provide satisfactory documents may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals.

We operate under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and are committed to ensuring that only eligible players use the ManilaWin Platform.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold only one ManilaWin account. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods – is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Ensuring your account information remains up to date at all times.
• Logging out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ManilaWin support immediately. We cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have been negligent in protecting your account credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the ManilaWin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We accept the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum of ₱500. ManilaWin does not charge fees on standard deposit and withdrawal transactions, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

ManilaWin processes most withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash or Maya are typically completed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your financial institution.

All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. ManilaWin will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties. We reserve the right to perform additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously been verified.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ManilaWin regularly offers promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. These Terms apply to all bonuses in addition to any promotion-specific conditions.

General bonus terms that apply across all ManilaWin promotions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or related winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in each promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games that are eligible for bonus wagering as specified in the promotion details.
• ManilaWin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Bonus abuse – including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploiting system errors to obtain bonuses – is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, reversal of associated winnings, and possible account suspension.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

ManilaWin provides access to games from certified third-party providers. All games use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure results are genuinely random and free from manipulation. Game results are final once confirmed by the system.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or disconnection during gameplay, ManilaWin will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager placed will be returned to the player's account. ManilaWin is not liable for any losses arising from game interruptions caused by network issues on the player's end.

By using the ManilaWin Platform, you acknowledge that the house edge on casino games and the vig on sports bets means the Platform has a mathematical advantage over time. Gaming on ManilaWin should be treated as entertainment, not as a reliable source of income.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ManilaWin Platform:

• Opening or using more than one account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or system feature.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any unlawful financial transaction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ManilaWin staff.
• Sharing or selling your account credentials to any other person.

Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. Winnings and balances associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited and, where applicable, referred to the appropriate authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

ManilaWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 months or more.
• Request by regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Player self-exclusion under ManilaWin's Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ManilaWin is not obligated to return any funds held in the account. For closures unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting ManilaWin customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

9. Responsible Gaming

ManilaWin shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions, errors, or delays in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on our part.

12. Changes to These Terms

ManilaWin may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, or our business practices. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email and display a notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, unless resolved through ManilaWin's internal dispute resolution process.
